How the Review Works
- Send device details and photos through our contact page.
- Our team reviews model, condition, lock status, accessories, demand, and resale suitability.
- If the device appears eligible, we may provide next steps for verification.
- Final value is confirmed only after physical inspection, when applicable.
Important Requirements
- The device must be owned by you and legally transferable.
- The device must be free of activation locks, account locks, passcodes, financing restrictions, and lost/stolen reports.
- All personal data must be backed up and removed before transfer.
- Condition must match the information provided during the inquiry.
Trade-In Value Changes
Estimated values may change if the device condition, specifications, lock status, battery condition, or included accessories differ from the original submission. Gadgenix Resale may decline a device after review or inspection.
