Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are reviewed for payment verification, inventory availability, shipping address accuracy, and fraud-prevention checks before shipment. Most approved orders ship within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

If we need additional information to process your order, we may contact you by email or phone before shipment.

Shipping Locations

Gadgenix Resale currently ships orders to valid addresses within the United States. We do not ship to restricted locations where the carrier cannot complete delivery or where fraud-prevention checks cannot be satisfied.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping options, rates, taxes, and available services are displayed during checkout before you place the order. Delivery estimates begin after the carrier receives the package, not when the order is submitted.

  • Standard delivery is generally estimated at 3-7 business days after shipment.
  • Expedited options may be available at checkout when supported by the carrier.
  • Remote areas, weather events, holidays, address issues, or carrier delays may extend delivery times.

Tracking Information

A tracking number is provided by email once the label is created or the shipment is accepted by the carrier. Tracking can take up to 24-48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we may deduct original shipping costs and carrier return charges from any eligible refund.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows a package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, contact us at support@gadgenixresale.com with your order number and tracking number. We may open a carrier investigation and request photos of damaged packaging before a resolution can be completed.
