Limited warranty information for eligible refurbished, pre-owned, open-box, and resale technology products sold by Gadgenix Resale.

Warranty Coverage

Unless a product page states a different warranty term, eligible devices include a 30-day limited warranty from the delivery date. This limited warranty covers verified functional issues that prevent the device from operating as described in the product listing.

Warranty coverage is available only to the original purchaser and applies to the specific item purchased from Gadgenix Resale.

What May Be Covered

  • A functional defect that appears during normal use within the warranty period.
  • A product that materially does not match the condition or specifications stated on the product page.
  • A missing required accessory when the listing stated that accessory was included.
  • A confirmed failure that was not caused by physical damage, liquid exposure, software modification, misuse, or unauthorized repair.

What Is Not Covered

  • Accidental damage, drops, cracked glass, liquid damage, pressure damage, bent frames, or cosmetic wear described in the listing.
  • Battery health variation that is normal for pre-owned electronics unless the listing provides a specific battery-health guarantee.
  • Software issues caused by user installation, rooting, jailbreaking, third-party apps, malware, or operating-system modifications.
  • Lost data, personal files, passwords, accounts, activation locks, SIM/network service issues, or carrier-plan compatibility choices made after purchase.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repair attempts, tampering, or use with incompatible chargers, cables, accessories, or power sources.

How to Request Warranty Support

Email support@gadgenixresale.com with your order number, product name, serial/IMEI if applicable, a clear description of the issue, and photos or video that show the problem. Our team may provide troubleshooting steps before authorizing a return inspection.

Warranty Resolution Options

After review and inspection, Gadgenix Resale may repair the item, replace it with a comparable available item, issue a store credit, or provide a refund according to the product condition and applicable policy. The available resolution depends on inventory, inspection results, and the nature of the issue.
