Return Policy

A clear return process for eligible Gadgenix Resale orders, including requirements, timelines, refund handling, and return shipping responsibilities.

Return Eligibility

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the product must be returned in the same condition received, with all included accessories, packaging materials, manuals, chargers, cables, and any product documentation that came with the order.

Before sending a return, contact us at returns@gadgenixresale.com with your order number, product name, reason for return, and photos if the product arrived damaged or different from the listing.

Return Requirements

  • Request the return within 30 days of carrier-confirmed delivery.
  • Remove passcodes, personal accounts, activation locks, device-management profiles, and personal data before shipping the item back.
  • Use safe packaging to protect the device during return transit.
  • Include all originally included accessories and components.
  • Use the return instructions provided by our support team.

Non-Returnable or Ineligible Items

A return may be refused or reduced if the product is not returned in acceptable condition or does not match the item we shipped.

  • Items damaged after delivery, including drops, cracks, liquid exposure, missing parts, tampering, or unauthorized repair attempts.
  • Products with removed or altered serial numbers, IMEI numbers, warranty labels, or security markings.
  • Devices returned with account locks, activation locks, passcodes, remote-management locks, or personal data still active.
  • Consumable, hygiene-sensitive, or sealed accessories that have been opened, used, or damaged unless defective on arrival.
  • Items marked final sale, parts-only, or sold as-is when clearly stated on the product page.

Return Shipping Responsibility

For buyer's remorse, wrong item ordered, changed mind, or no-longer-needed returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If we shipped the wrong item or the product is confirmed defective on arrival, we will provide return instructions and may cover reasonable return shipping through our approved method.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received, we inspect the product and accessories. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days after inspection. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error or a verified product issue covered by this policy.

Exchanges

Because resale inventory changes quickly, direct exchanges may not always be available. When an exchange is not possible, we may offer a refund or help you place a new order for an available replacement product.
