What does Gadgenix Resale sell?
We sell refurbished, pre-owned, open-box, and quality-checked electronics including smartphones, laptops, tablets, and smartwatches. Every product page shows the condition, specifications, and included accessories before checkout.
Are the devices new or used?
Products are listed as new, open-box, refurbished, or pre-owned depending on the item. The exact condition, grade, and any cosmetic notes are shown on the product page before you add the item to your cart.
What accessories are included with my order?
Included accessories are listed on the product page. Items not listed as included should be assumed not included. If you have a question before ordering, contact us and we will clarify before you purchase.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Additional secure payment options may appear at checkout depending on your billing country and device. All payments are processed through secure gateways.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Our checkout uses HTTPS and SSL encryption. Payments are processed by trusted third-party payment gateways. We do not store complete card numbers on our website.
How long does shipping take?
Most approved orders ship within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery is typically 3-7 business days after the carrier accepts the package. Tracking is sent by email once the shipping label is created.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Currently we ship only to valid addresses within the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, freight forwarders, or locations where the carrier cannot complete delivery.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number is sent to the email used at checkout once the shipment is prepared. You can use the Track Order page on our website or enter the tracking number directly on the carrier website. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours after the label is created.
Can I return an item?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The product must be returned in acceptable condition with all included accessories, no account locks, no passcodes, and no personal data. Review the Return Policy page for full requirements before sending anything back.
Who pays for return shipping?
For buyer's remorse or change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If we shipped the wrong item or the product arrived defective, we provide return instructions and cover reasonable return shipping.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the returned item arrives and passes inspection, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Do the products include a warranty?
Unless the product page states a different term, eligible devices include 30 days of limited warranty coverage from the delivery date. The warranty covers functional defects that appear during normal use. It does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, passcode locks, account locks, rooting, jailbreaking, or unauthorized repairs.
What is not covered by the warranty?
Cosmetic wear described in the listing, battery variation normal to pre-owned devices, cracked screens, liquid damage, software modifications, lost data, carrier or SIM issues, activation locks left by the customer, and damage from incompatible accessories are not covered.
Are the devices carrier unlocked?
Carrier or network status is listed on the product page. If a device is listed as unlocked, it should work on compatible networks. If network compatibility is not confirmed on the listing, contact us before purchasing.
Can I cancel an order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, contact us as soon as possible at support@gadgenixresale.com or +1 813-966-2283. Once the order has been picked up by the carrier, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process.
